Black Beans

They are believed to have been domesticated in Peru more than 8,000 years ago, and were eventually introduced to other parts of the world by Spanish explorers. Black beans are commonly used in a variety of dishes such as stews, soups, salads, and enchiladas. Chili poppers, on the other hand, are a relatively modern invention and are not associated with any specific culture or region. They are typically made with jalapeño peppers that have been stuffed with cheese, then breaded and deep-fried or baked.
