Best For Sleep Soup

I go to bed very late most of the time and I am always trying to find a safe way to get a good sleep without taking pills and medications.  So as it turns out, there is something we can use that is in many of the foods we eat.  We are talking about an amino acid called tryptophan which  gives the body a happy, drowsy feeling and helps a lot in maintaining the good sleep cycle.  So today we are making what we call Mimi’s Green Deep Sleep.  Let’s start blasting.
