A retired Navy SEAL says burpees are a key to fitness if you don’t have time for the gym

This former Navy SEAL explains to me in very simple terms about how to stay in shape.  But he practices what I call tough love.  He says don’t wait for motivation.  Instead learn discipline.  It’s tough advice but simple and true.
