Tools For Being Crazy Happy
Susanna is a psychologist educated at the University of Lund in Sweden.
At the beginning of her career as a psychologist, Susanna found that psychology had moved away from the art of “knowing”, as it was originally intended to be, and turned into the study of behavior and right versus wrong.
Susanna found that she was being advised to show patients how to “fix” the parts of themselves that were making it hard for them to find happiness and “fit in” to society.
She began to search for something that could work even better than traditional psychology, and she came in contact with Access Consciousness, a worldwide movement with pragmatic tools that change thousands of lives every day. Now she gives keynote speeches at neurological and psychiatric conferences worldwide and teaches workshops.
About the book
Susanna began to develop a new way of working with patients, questioning whether people do in fact need to change themselves, and whether the key to being happy is creating a life that supports your differences. This led her to write her first bestselling book, Pragmatic psychology, which Susanna says “is about empowering you to know that you already know what is right for you and about creating a life that works for you”.
Susanna has recently published her follow up book, Advanced Pragmatic Psychology, which she co-authored with Gary Douglas, this has become a bestseller on Amazon, and is a guide to creating the joyful life you want, without buying into what the world is selling you.
