Blast Of Ginger
Who does not have indigestion from time to time? Sometimes it is because of something we have eaten or a drink that didn’t set well for one reason or another. Did you know there are a lot of natural anti-nausea compounds that can make an excellent remedy for an upset stomach. If you can handle the spice…ginger is really good. Dark leafy greens help constipation and hemorrhoids. In todays blast I am going to make something that combines all that and more. It’s called a Snap of Ginger.
Blast of Ginger Recipe
- 50% Butter Lettuce
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Ripe Pear (Skin on)
- 1/2 Inch slice of peeled ginger root
- 1 tsp nutmeg
