Bloomer Boomer editor and video gamer Andy Asher talks with Steven Capsuto  the author of “Alternate Channels: Queer Images on 20th Century TV.” A vibrant celebration of early LGBTQ visibility on television, the book explores breakthrough gay and lesbian characters of the twentieth century and TV’s first few baby steps towards bi and trans inclusiveness.
