Blast Of Beet

The word toxin comes from ancient Greece as a poison or venom and some toxins are created by plants and animals. Fortunately there are things we can do to counteract that. There are some very tasty natural toxin warriors that we call antioxidants. So what we are going to make right now is an antioxidant that can supercharge our health and protect our liver and kidneys. These antioxidants come in many fruits and vegetables that I ate as a little girl when my mom and grandmother exposed me to our Mediterranean diet which I love. Did you know some of the best snacks are foods like beets, fennel, celery, artichokes all those wonderful vegetables. They are all natural detoxifiers.   • 50% Spinach
  • 1 Beet, cut into cubes
  • 1 Apple, remove seeds
  • 1 Lemon, peeled
  • Fill with Water to Max Line and
  • start Blasting
