Senior Fitness Programs: Exercise for Seniors at In-Shape Health Clubs

In-Shape Health Clubs proudly partners with the Arthritis Foundation to offer programs that target the unique needs of our senior members. These senior fitness programs offer exercise specifically for the elderly to improve their overall health while supporting their aging bones and joints. In-Shape offers two Arthritis Foundation-sponsored fitness programs for seniors at select locations:

A gentle form of exercise that helps to reduce the pain, stiffness and fatigue of arthritis. Exercises in this program improve physical function, muscle strength, flexibility and balance while promoting correct body posture.
